Stage 5 – Evaluate & Refine Stage 1 - MEET
We begin with an introductory meeting where we get to meet you and
learn about your company and project objectives. This stage involves
defining the scope of the project and identifying project goals.
** Based on our discovery, we submit a preliminary proposal describing
a scenario specifically chosen for you that includes timetable and
costs.** Stage 2 – RESEARCH
Upon contracting with BDC World, we learn more about your processes,
workflow, brand, customer or target audience and your competition.
Stage 3 – DESIGN
Next, it is on this informed landscape that we build your marketing
plan by evaluating specific components and how they operate as a whole.
By exploring and expanding upon a range of options specific to your
business, we will narrow down your creative options into one final
concept. Stage 4 – IMPLEMENT
BDC will then move forward with implementing your strategy assuming
full responsibility for the successful implementation of each component
of your plan. Stage 5 – EVALUATE & REFINE
After several months of implementation, we conduct quantitative and
qualitative research to ensure that we are meeting your goals and
you are happy with the outcomes. Based on this evaluation, if necessary
we will refine the plan.

Stage 1 - MEET
We begin with an introductory meeting where you get to see how BDC
Entertainment (BDCE) can work with you to achieve your goals. During
this initial meeting, we listen closely to assess your needs and define
the scope and objectives of the project or event.
** Based on our discovery, we submit a preliminary proposal describing
a scenario specifically chosen for you that includes timetable and
costs.** Stage 2 – DISCOVER
Upon contracting with BDCE, we take time to discover more about you
or your organization. This includes asking for information about any
of your past promotional activities, events and your past approach.
Stage 3 – CREATE
It is with this information that we create a plan that best suits
you. This includes: brainstorming, positioning and strategic planning.
It is at this stage that we deliver a clear and concise strategic
plan including detailed action plan for delivery. Stage
4 - IMPLEMENT
BDC will then move forward with implementing your strategy or event
assuming full responsibility for the successful implementation of
each component. Stage 5 – EVALUATE & REFINE
After several months of implementation, we conduct quantitative and
qualitative research to ensure that we are meeting your goals and
you are happy with the outcomes. Based on this evaluation, if necessary
we will refine the plan.
